Programming Dogma
When it comes to my code, I have rules and personal beliefs to programming that I follow for the sake of quality and my sanity
Measure twice, cut once - I carefully plan out my systems and how they will interact before I begin writing the actual code
I live by DRY
My code comes uncommented, unless requested otherwise. I aim to write code that is readable and understandable without comments
My code is made 100% by me, with no external influence
I write code --!strict for readability afterwards and to avoid bugs
I aim to make all required systems in-house to assure quality, I will ask the green light for any external libraries/systems being used
I separate all my logic needed for a project between module scripts and neatly organize everything
Chosing this plan, you can have me for 11 total work hours a week, any day, from 10 AM to 7 PM GMT+2
Remaining hours do NOT rollover onto the next week. Some hours may rollover in case of a personal or medical emergency that causes me to miss work Weekly hours and availiabilty can be negotiated and adjusted with prior agreement

Terms of Service
Working Hours and Availability
My work day is 10 AM - 5 PM GMT+2, Monday through Saturday.
I dedicate no more than 3 hours per day per project. This ensures I can focus on multiple clients without burning out and while still maintaining quality.
I allow up to 6 overtime hours per week. Any overtime needed for your project incurs a fee premium of 60%.
All VC calls or work outside these hours must be scheduled in advance.
Communication & Deadlines
Deadlines and task scopes must be discussed and mutually agreed upon before work begins.
I am not responsible for missed deadlines caused by late task assignments or scope creep without proper renegotiation.
I am not responsible for missed deadlines caused by personal or medical emergencies if proper warning is provided by me.
Scope & Quality
I am a systems engineer, not just a coder — planning and design are included in the time billed.
Research time related to your project is billable, I will highlight the lack of experience where appropriate.
I’ll fix bugs I introduced at no cost, provided they’re reported within a reasonable timeframe and aren’t due to communication gaps.
I do not fix issues caused by Roblox platform updates free of charge.
Rates & Billing
Programming plugins cost 25% extra.
Working with code written by others may result in higher rates depending on code quality/readability.
All estimates come with a standard deviation of +/- 1 hour. Final billing is based on actual time spent.
Zero refund policy — payment is for work done, regardless of project outcome.
Proof of work requests must be provided prior to me beginning work on the project.
Rushed work may incur additional costs of up to 100% more, and can result in a lower quality product.
Intellectual Property & Access
Credit is preferred but not mandatory.
Until full payment is received, I retain the right to modify and manage my code as I see fit.
Upon contract termination and full payment, I will deliver all code written up to that point.
When working directly in your Roblox Studio file, my code will be obfuscated and only runnable during playtests until paid. After payment, I will provide a deobfuscated version for live use.
Termination
If the contract ends prematurely, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
